We see more of Sabrina’s magic and her family in the next episodes.
Episode 5 is really interesting where we see her and her aunts (Zelda and Helda) attend a family Halloween party. It is like an average party where no one wants to see their relatives and yet manage to keep up a face. The aunts have their own to deal with, Salem (the cat) has his own and Sabrina is stuck with a bratty child.
She also wishes to attend the Hallowen party of her crush (Harvey). Sadly one can’t be in two places at once. Unless you have magic and create a double.
Of course Sabrina does it. Things are going uphill at the party as the aunts get the dirty gossip and have a upper hand, while things are going down hill at Harvey’s party where the cheerleader (Libby) convinces Sabrina’s double to strip and run in front of everyone.
We release a sigh when Sabrina comes back just in time and turns around the tables on the cheerleader.
There are all kind of small things to love in this episode. For the topmost, you can have a half an hour pass to have a dead person visit you. You can put a person in a jar. The cat’s can get drunk and blab gossips.
I mean I can go on and on but let us shift to the next episode which is equally fun starting with Sabrina’s anticipation of having Harvey to ask her out. And the entire episode revolves around people wanting perfect dates.
Sabrina’s aunts make her a man out of ‘Man Dough’. I am laughing at the name of that thing and the way they made it. Must watch. If you ask me, he is a bit over enthusiastic. But we can’t blame him, the ingredients that went into making him had too him ‘enthusiastic’ potion.
While the whole dance is going on, the aunts decide to make themselves a man too. Both are a bit weird I tell you.
Slowly a competition between Sabrina’s dough man and crush ensues and it’s funny but Harvey does really dance. Huh!! Finally the two get to spend some time together and dance and end up with Fooseball date.
While our dough man likes Libby, the cheerleader, the two aunts try to spend time with their dough man, we finally get to see that ‘HARVEY LIKES SABRINA TOO’.
The episodes ends leaving a smile to your face as always when Chad, the dough man turns back to dough and Libby goes to report him missing.
Note: Sabrina’s potion cupboard has a talking painting. I guess J.K. Rowling loved that idea too, no offence.
I love Sabrina’s Halloween dress in black.
